A home’s roof is arguably the most important system to protect your home investment from weather- related damage and keep your family clean, dry, and happy. This means, however, that the roof takes the beating, including hail storms, high winds, falling tree limbs, driving rain, freeze/thaw cycles,   blistering sun with UV degradation, and even burrowing animals. As a key system, the roof eventually wears out, loses its ability to keep the weather out, and needs to be replaced.
